Other people, including high quality coaches, trainers, and nutritionists take this information along with practical experience and pass on their knowledge to others. All these people are working to provide valuable information and move the health and fitness industry in a positive direction.
The big problem is that it can be very difficult to separate honest people to provide quality information from people and to publicize the creation of false or misleading information.
